Our role requires engaging facilitation and to not just present something or review an agenda. A BA’s facilitation skillset needs to include a deeper engagement to get to decision making and problem-solving. It’s not about pushing information out to a group, it’s more about pulling information from a group and building consensus. This entails a skill set beyond the basics of facilitation.
