WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
BA-Cube offers a variety of billing options including monthly, quarterly and annually. In most cases your payment method will be charged at the beginning of your billing cycle, but it may take a few days for the charge to post to your account. If you have any questions about billing, please contact us, we’re happy to help!
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES?
If your BA-Cube subscription ends—either because it expires or because you decide to cancel—your access to BA-Cube services, on-demand webinars, live video chats, discussion boards and extensive blog library will end. We can reactivate your account when you are ready to return.
HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT INFO?
The security of your payment information is very important to us.
Our website credit card processing is provided by PayPal who ensures that your payment data is handled securely at every step.
We never store your credit card number or your security code (CVV code). We only store a payment “token” (an order number generated by the processor), which allows us to charge your card automatically for auto-renewing subscriptions, or to look up your payment transaction without having your card details.
Neither BA-Cube nor our payment processor will ever share or sell your personal information. We’ll only use it for the purpose for which it was provided.
